Who we are

R&R Deals provides outbound calling, data generation, skip tracing and AI automation services to real estate and roofing operators. For enquiries about this policy, contact us at sales@rrdeals.co.

When we make calls on behalf of a client, that client is the controller of the contact data and we act as their processor. When you contact us directly through this site, we are the controller.

What we collect

From this website: the information you submit when booking a call, which is handled by our scheduling provider and typically includes your name, email address, phone number and anything you type into the booking form.

From our calling services: contact records supplied by our clients or built from public and licensed data sources, call outcomes and dispositions, and call recordings where recording is lawful and disclosed.

Standard server and security logs, including IP address and browser user agent.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training and client reporting. Where the law requires notice or consent from all parties, that notice is given at the start of the call and the call is not recorded if consent is refused.

If you were called and want the recording or your details removed, email us and we will action it and confirm.

How we use it

To deliver the service our client has engaged us for, to reach you about an enquiry you made, to improve caller performance through review and coaching, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact data from one client's campaign for another client.

Who we share it with

The client whose campaign a call belongs to. Service providers who help us operate, including telephony, scheduling, CRM and hosting providers, each bound to handle the data only on our instructions. Authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

Cookies and embedded content

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The booking calendar is embedded from a third-party scheduling provider, which sets its own cookies and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Do not call and opt out

You can ask to be removed from a campaign at any time, on the call or by email. Removal requests are applied to the campaign list and passed to the client whose campaign it was, and we maintain an internal suppression list so the number is not dialled again by us.

Retention

Campaign data and recordings are held for as long as the client engagement requires and are deleted or returned when the engagement ends, unless we are required to keep them for longer. Website enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to object to certain processing. Exercise any of these by emailing us. We do not charge for this and we do not treat you differently for asking.

If your data reached us through one of our clients' campaigns, we will pass the request to that client and support them in answering it.

Security

Access to campaign data and recordings is limited to staff who need it, over authenticated systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
